A power supply development couldn't be so mysterious. Why you don't want do share your source code ?? On the other hand you can't expect to get anything if you don't spent a little.

Toti, Can you share the source code as there's no more 16F877 IC ( i believe obsolete already ). or maybe you can compile to 16F877A and share it over here. Your PSU look good

My Power Supply is able to send and receive data to PC. I tested with terminal software, is working perfect. Is anyone familiar with VisualBasic to make the visual software and share with other? I'll send all data to him (bitrate, protocol...) Thanks

Toti Thanks for sharing I've add a quick look at your code and I'm sorry to have to say this after your share all your hard work, the code is very messy no comment's to remind later on in life has what does what, Just think if you come to make some amendments a year or 2 down the line has it stands now i woul not be able to follow and what does what. or remember what is does I think it is always best to put commments which makes it easier to follow and make me remember.
so don't take it pesronally just my thoughts

Take a look at this: http://tuxgraphics.org/electronics/200707/bench-power-supply-unit.shtmlIt's based on a AVR but i will try doing it using a PIC mcu instead. Only problem here is i don't know how fast the mcu needs to be in order for it to cut the power fast enough during a short circuit.
