unfortunately 4.088 has got some problem which is so critical for me that it cant send sequentally data from serial port with printf function
so have someone any newer version than 4.088

You can always go backwards, before the bug was introduced. Have you considered that?

yes ofcourse i still have installation 3.49 or something like that (last version of nice compiler:( )
and also 4.084
but you know i had switched to 4.088 because of some problems
and i heard that 4.09... versions updates are on web
anyway if i can find or if someone has
it would be nice to be shared

I found new version (PCWHD 4.093).
Without reg files.
Installation tested using 4.088 regfiles and it is working at now.

^ i think it was included on the update. i checked the compiler version, all the components were updated to 4.093.

but now i am wishing for the new version... 4.098. They said that their was an update to newer PICs. I am much concerned on the PIC18F4413 at the moment though... NWEIs, I will just have to wait for someone to share theirs.
