Hi Everyone, I have built a HV AVR Programmer with reference to the following web site: http://www.der-hammer.info/hvprog/index_en.htmSome times it works fine and in some other time it says that it cannot contact the programmer . And even in some times the signature or fuse bits or lock bits it read out are incorrect . i have done every thing in parallel HV mode. But the same chip is working fine with avr 910 programmer . Can any body tell me any suggestion or any tuning is required? Thanks in advance

Is it the same problem if you try on another computer ? My problem was another driver which interrupted the programmer.

Hey Friends i found out the problem!!. Its due to the power supply. The HVProg works fine in ISP mode fantastically, dont have any absolute stiff power criteria, but in Parallel mode HVProg the power supply should be stiff to 12V and 5V otherwise lots of ambiguous responses came from the SW. Thanks for your reply dear DarkClover.
